14px;\"><strong>problem<\/strong>. Their lives<\/span><span class=\"s5\" style=\"color: #054368; font-size: 14px;\">, in too many cases, <\/span><span class=\"s5\" style=\"color: #054368; font-size: 14px;\">tend to be \u201csolitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short\u201d. <\/span><span class=\"s6\" style=\"color: #054368;
